Exchanges, returns and defects

Exchanges and returns from Switzerland / Liechtenstein

• Attention: Printed products cannot be returned
• Exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days.
• All products must be returned in their original packaging.

Please proceed as follows:

1. send an e-mail to service@natitrikot.ch and tell us what you want to exchange/replace/return

2. send the product to:

3. please enclose your delivery note and note on it what you want to exchange or what is broken.

ATTENTION: In the event of an exchange, we cannot guarantee that the newly requested size is still available. If products are returned without informing sportglobe gmbh in advance, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a smooth process.
 

Tip for exchanges: Order the desired shirt again and send the other one back


NO right of return / right of exchange from abroad

ATTENTION: Returns from abroad to Switzerland are not possible.
